My Story

Hi. My name is Chris Perkins and I am dancing in this years Strictly St Rocco's event taking place on Sunday 13th December.

I have been a trustee at St.Roccos for about 6 months and sit on the trust board which oversees the running of the hospice. I am really proud to be able to help the hospice in this way. The work has given me a real mission and I enjoy every minute.

My background is in Sales and Marketing so I also spend time working with the Marketing and Fundraising teams to help with building awareness of the hospice and also with the fundraising efforts to ensure the long term survival of the hospice. I didn't realise it would involve ballroom dancing!

I am a little apprehensive about the training and perfoming because I am not the most co-ordinated person on the dance floor, but I am assured by the team that it will be fab and life enhancing experience. 

I am really grateful for any donation that you can make to help the hospice deliver the amazing work that it is known for. Thank you x
